Alex Bowman will start from the pole in the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Phoenix Raceway after putting down the fastest lap of 131.984 mph on Saturday (March 8).
It’s Bowman’s fourth career pole in Xfinity.
Haas Factory Team’s Sheldon Creed starts second, four-tenths of a mph off of Bowman.
A pair of JR Motorsports teammates, Sammy Smith and Connor Zilisch, took third fourth, respectively, in qualifying. Jesse Love rounded out the top five.
William Sawalich was the fastest Toyota in sixth, while Nick Sanchez starts seventh. Aric Almirola, Taylor Gray and Austin Hill completed the top 10.
With 38 cars entered in the race, no one failed to qualify.
