Michael Maples Forming Own ARCA Team, Ryan Roulette To Drive 2nd Car

Michael Maples will compete full time in the ARCA Menards Series in 2024 for his own Maples Motorsports, he announced Jan. 2.

He’ll again drive the No. 99, which he piloted full time in 2024 in a partnership with Fast Track Racing.

The release announcing the plans listed Maples as the No. 99’s “primary driver.”

Additionally, Maples will field a second car part time in 2025, driven by Ryan Roulette. Roulette’s No. 67 will debut in the season opener at Daytona International Speedway.

Jeremy Petty will be the team’s director of competition.

Maples earned a best finish of 11th twice in 2024, his first season in ARCA. He also ran the full ARCA Menards Series East schedule, earning a top finish of 12th three times and finishing seventh in points.

Roulette, who also drove for FTR in 2024, scored his first top 10 of his ARCA career last year, finishing eighth at Salem Speedway. He made 11 starts total.
