Parker Retzlaff will return to the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2025, albeit with a new team.
Retzlaff will drive the No. 4 for Alpha Prime Racing, APR announced Dec. 18.
Retzlaff moves to the team from Jordan Anderson Racing, which he left at the end of the 2024 season.
The No. 4 is renumbered from the No. 43, which Ryan Ellis drove in 2024 before departing for DGM Racing.
“I feel like we still have something to prove,” Retzlaff said in a team release. “We all want to win races, be consistent and prove we’re here to compete. Everyone here has told me how much they believe in me and what I can do.”
In 2024, his second full-time Xfinity season, Retzlaff earned two top fives (a career high) and four top 10s.
Ellis scored a best finish of 11th in the No. 43 last year.
Retzlaff is the second driver named to the APR lineup for 2025, following the returning Brennan Poole.
