Jeb Burton, Kyle Sieg, Caesar Bacarella Teams Penalized After Daytona

Three NASCAR Xfinity Series teams were handed L1-level penalties for unapproved body modifications from the Wawa 250 at Daytona International Speedway, NASCAR announced Aug. 28.

Jeb Burton‘s No. 27 for Jordan Anderson Racing, Kyle Sieg‘s No. 28 for RSS Racing and Caesar Bacarella‘s No. 45 from Alpha Prime Racing all had infractions discovered in pre-race inspection for the Aug. 23 event.

NASCAR cited Sections 14.4.A and 14.4.11 C&D in its rule book, dealing with body and rear bumper cover extensions for superspeedways, as the infractions for all three teams.
