After heading out to Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, NASCAR shifts from the twists and turns of the road course to a three-week swing on short tracks.
Both the NASCAR Cup and NASCAR Xfinity series now travel to Central Virginia for a date with Richmond Raceway. The Action Track will be swinging for the fences with their performances and appearances.
Here is who is on the lineup card.
FOX Sports Booth: “Reach up there and pull those belts tight one more time!” That’s right, America’s crew chief Larry McReynolds is back in the booth for the Cup race at Richmond. The current analyst returns to a role he held with FOX Sports from 2001-2015.
Honorary Pace Car Driver: Former Super Bowl champion, two-time Pro Bowler and Second-Team All-Pro tight end Vernon Davis will lead a different team down the field in the seat of the pace car for the Cup race. Davis also played with the San Francisco 49ers and Washington Commanders.
Pre-race Concert: Country artist Celeste Kellogg will perform the pre-race concert before the Toyota Owners 400 on April 2. She will also serve as the national anthem singer for the Xfinity race on April 1. Kellogg also was the national anthem singer for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Richmond last season.
