The Round of 16 is set to conclude in the Last Great Colosseum of Bristol Motor Speedway. Twelve drivers’ NASCAR Cup Series title hopes will stay alive while four others will see theirs dashed at one of the toughest races of the year.
With 36 cars entered for 40 spots, each driver will make the race barring any last-minute additions.
There’s only a handful of driver changes this week. AJ Allmendinger will return to Kaulig Racing’s No. 16 Action Industries Chevrolet. Noah Gragson was in the ride at Kansas Speedway.
Josh Bilicki is back in the No. 77 Zeigler Auto/LoJack Chevrolet for Spire Motorsports. Landon Cassill drove the car at Kansas.
Finally, Ty Gibbs continues to fill in for Kurt Busch as he will pilot the No. 23 Monster Energy Toyota.
