Stock Car Scoop: How Does the Indy Doubleheader Benefit NASCAR & IndyCar?

It’s a triple feature for NASCAR and the NTT IndyCar Series at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course this weekend.

Adam Cheek and Alex Gintz break down all the stock-car and open-wheel action set for this weekend, discussing how beneficial the last few seasons have been to both series by having IndyCar, the NASCAR Xfinity Series and the NASCAR Cup Series all take to the same track.

Last year featured the first such doubleheader between Cup and IndyCar, and Cheek and Gintz break down their winner picks, how the Next Gen will take to the road-course layout and more.

The pair also debates whether Will Power will continue his dominance of the event in IndyCar, or if he’ll be unseated by an underdog on Saturday (July 30).
