Ty Majeski Running Full Time for ThorSport

Ty Majeski is back in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series full time, driving the No. 66 for ThorSport Racing, ThorSport announced Feb. 11.

Cincinnati Inc. will sponsor the effort for multiple events, starting at Daytona International Speedway.

“Over the past year, I have built so many great relationships with incredible people at ThorSport Racing,” Majeski said in a team release. “I couldn’t be more honored to chase a championship with them in 2022. “Our Cincinnati Inc. No. 66 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro looks great, and I can’t wait to give it a good run at Daytona. My team and I are ready to make the most of this opportunity.”

Majeski is the fourth full-time driver to be announced for ThorSport in 2022, following returning competitors Ben Rhodes and Matt Crafton, plus Christian Eckes. In 2021, the organization fielded four full-time trucks, but just three of them included full-time racers.

Majeski drove the team’s part-time entry in 2021, earning two top 10s in four starts. He has five top 10s in 20 career series starts.
