Tom Hessert will return to the ARCA Menards Series for a handful of races in 2022 for Venturini Motorsports, Venturini announced Jan. 12.
Hessert’s races include an all-short-track schedule of Berlin Raceway, Elko Speedway and Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.
“This whole idea kinda just came together back in September when I was talking with Billy (Venturini, owner) about Lucas Oil being back on the ARCA schedule and how I’d love to go back one more time,” Hessert said in a team release. “Indianapolis is one of my favorite places. And after we made the decision to run, we started looking further up the schedule and found a few more races we thought would help knock off the rust.”
Hessert’s car number for his races was not announced.
Hessert last competed in ARCA in 2018, running two races, his best result fourth at Daytona International Speedway for Venturini.
