Hill Motorsports Expanding to 2 Teams

Hill Motorsports will field two teams in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in 2022, the team announced Dec. 6.

Timmy Hill will pilot the organization’s existing No. 56 full time.

The second truck, whose number has not yet been revealed, does not yet have a driver lineup announced, though it’s expected that the schedule will include Tyler Hill, who drove the No. 56 part time.

“It’s so rewarding to see this team continue to progress each year, and I’m excited to have the pieces in place to take the next step for our organization with a second truck,” Timmy Hill said in a team release.

The organization will field Toyotas in 2022.

In 2021, the No. 56 earned one top five and three top 10s, its best a second-place run for Tyler Hill at Talladega Superspeedway.
