Chad Chastain will make his NASCAR Camping World Trucks Series debut this weekend at Watkins Glen International, Niece Motorsports announced Wednesday, Aug. 4.
Chastain will pilot the No. 45 with the New York Governor’s Traffic Safety Commission on the hood.
The brother of Ross Chastain has driven in the Southern Pro Am Truck Series but hasn’t competed in any NASCAR or ARCA Menards Series until this weekend.
Ross Chastain was originally set to pilot the No. 45 but had to step out as he is not eligible to run the final eight Truck races of the season due to him running for Cup Series points.
The Truck race will air on Aug. 7 at 12:30 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1.
