Justin Haley has been medically cleared to return to competition at Circuit of the Americas after missing last week’s events due to COVID-19 protocols, Kaulig Racing announced May 19.
Haley missed the NASCAR Cup and Xfinity series races at Dover International Speedway for Spire Motorsports and Kaulig, replaced in the events by Josh Berry and Zane Smith, respectively.
Last week, NASCAR confirmed Haley will be given a waiver to compete in the Xfinity playoffs despite the missed race, should he qualify.

In addition to his full-season slate in Kaulig’s No. 11 in the Xfinity Series, Haley is also entered in Spire’s No. 77 in Cup this weekend.
In nine Xfinity starts this year, Haley has six top 10s, with a best finish of sixth at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
He’s also driven 10 Cup races, finishing 24th twice at Daytona International Speedway’s road course and Phoenix Raceway.
