Chase Briscoe will drive the No. 04 Roper Racing Team Ford in the inaugural NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at the Bristol Motor Speedway dirt course, Roper announced March 4.
Huffy Bicycles and TexaCon will sponsor the No. 04.
The NASCAR Cup Series rookie will make his first Truck Series start since 2019. His last two starts have both been on dirt at Eldora Speedway. Briscoe won the 2018 race there.
Overall, it’ll be his 26th career Truck Series start. He has two wins, 11 top fives, and 16 top 10s.
Excited to be back in the truck series! Looking forward to it with some great partners and team! What does everyone think of the truck?! @HuffyBicycles @TexaConCutStone @RoperRacingTeam https://t.co/6WPZMsiD20

Roper normally fields the No. 04 for team owner Cory Roper. Roper finished the season opener at Daytona International Speedway in third.
The Bristol race will mark the No. 04’s first time running on dirt since the organization’s move into the series in 2018.
