Chad Finchum is scheduled to drive the No. 13 at Daytona this weekend.
After being set to run full time for JD Motorsports with Gary Keller’s No. 6 in 2020, Starr ended up stepping out of the ride after the COVID-19 pandemic break in spring. He eventually drove 12 races during the season, many for SS Green Light Racing, with a best finish of 13th at Texas Motor Speedway.
Starr also ran one NASCAR Cup Series race in 2020, finishing 32nd at Martinsville Speedway for Rick Ware Racing.
Starr joins Timmy Hill as MBM’s other full-time driver in 2021.
