Love’s Travel Stops returns to Front Row Motorsports and Michael McDowell‘s No. 34 in 2021 in the NASCAR Cup Series, the team announced Feb. 3.
The eight-race primary sponsorship includes the hood of McDowell’s car in the Daytona 500 next week.
Love’s will also be an associate partner with the team throughout 2021.
“2020 was a really exciting year of racing for our No. 34 program as we recorded multiple top-10 finishes and were able to really mix it up with the cars at the front of the field,” McDowell said in a team release. “My goal has always been to win a race at the Cup level; and with this year’s schedule, which incorporates more road course races than ever before, I feel really confident that this could be the year that we put the No. 34 Love’s Travel Stops Ford Mustang in victory lane.”
Love’s and FRM have partnered on the organization’s cars for the past nine seasons.
In 2021, McDowell finished 23rd in Cup points with four top 10s, the most in a single season in his Cup career.
