Our Motorsports to Run 2 Xfinity Teams in 2021

Our Motorsports will have a second full time team for the 2021 NASCAR Xfinity Series season, it announced Dec. 11.

Tyler Reddick will drive the entry at Daytona International Speedway in February. He won the 2018 season opener at the 2.5-mile track.

”I’m very thankful to Our Motorsports for the opportunity and am looking forward to partnering with Brett [Moffitt] to get the season off to a solid start,” Reddick said in a team release.

Moffitt was previously announced to compete full time in the No. 02 car. He earned one top five and seven top 10s in 29 races for the team in 2020. Moffitt will also race for Niece Motorsports in the Camping World Truck Series.

”We want to build on the momentum that Brett and the Our Motorsports crew provided us in 2020,” team owner Chris Our said. “We’ve moved in a larger shop and are putting the people and equipment in place to be a fixture in the series for years to come.”

Reddick scored three top fives and nine top 10s in his 2020 Cup Series rookie campaign.

Other drivers and sponsors for the second car will be announced at a later date.

A number has not been announced. In the ARCA Menards Series, Our used the No. 09 previously as a second entry.
