Sheldon Creed on Truck Pole at Texas

Sheldon Creed is on the pole for Sunday’s (Oct. 25) NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway.

Creed earned the Cometic Gasket Pole Award after crossing the line in second behind his GMS Racing teammate Brett Moffitt at Kansas Speedway.

Moffitt starts second, Austin Hill begins third, Grant Enfinger is fourth and Chandler Smith rounds out the top five.

Zane Smith will pilot his No. 21 Chevrolet truck from sixth, and ThorSport Racing teammates Matt Crafton and Ben Rhodes line up seventh and eighth. Tyler Ankrum and Christian Eckes complete the top 10 starters.

Four weighted categories were used to set the lineup: rank in owner points (35%), driver’s finishing position (25%), team owner’s finishing position (25%) and fastest lap from previous race (15%).
