Brandon Jones Returning to Joe Gibbs Racing in Xfinity in 2021

For the fourth straight season, Brandon Jones will drive for Joe Gibbs Racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Jones will drive for the team in 2021, JGR announced today, Oct. 13.

He will return to the No. 19 he’s driven in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Next year will mark Jones’ sixth full-time Xfinity season, with his first two coming with Richard Childress Racing.

In 166 starts entering Kansas Speedway this weekend, Jones has four wins, three coming in 2020, plus 18 top fives and 66 top 10s.

He’s sixth in points entering Kansas, in the hunt for his first series championship.

Jones is the first driver to be announced to JGR’s Xfinity roster for 2021. In 2020, the team has also fielded full-time entries for Riley Herbst and Harrison Burton, plus a part-time car for Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin.
