For the second week in a row, Matt Crafton will lead the field to the green flag in the Gander Outdoors Truck Series.
Crafton turned a speed of 179.134 mph to win the pole at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Friday evening (May 17), his second in as many races. Stewart Friesen (178.926 mph) qualified on the outside front row.
Kyle Busch Motorsports rookies Todd Gilliland (178.595 mph) and Harrison Burton (178.430 mph) will start together in the second row. Ben Rhodes (178.283 mph) rounds out the top five.
Brett Moffitt (178.153 mph) turned the sixth quickest lap, and Cory Roper (178.071 mph) surprised the field with a seventh-place qualifying effort. Kyle Busch (177.772 mph), who has won all four of the Truck races he’s competed in 2019, will start eighth.
Grant Enfinger (177.749 mph) and Sheldon Creed (177.743 mph) rounded out the top 10.

The North Carolina Education Lottery 200 will start later Friday night at 8:30 p.m. ET. The race will air on FOX Sports 1.
