After placing second and third in the opening two Camping World Truck Series practice sessions at Daytona, Johnny Sauter soared to the top in final practice at 182.197 mph.
The No. 21 truck was .013 seconds ahead of Clay Greenfield, who turned a lap of 182.149 mph. Two-time series Matt Crafton turned the third quickest time with Grant Enfinger and Stewart Friesen rounding out the top five.
Bo LeMastus was sixth, while David Gilliland, Justin Haley, Cody Coughlin and Joe Nemechek making up the top 10.
24 of 36 drivers turned a lap in final practice. Ben Rhodes paced the second session, but was good enough for 14th during final practice.
Qualifying for Friday night’s NextEra Energy Resources 250 will be held on Friday at 4:30 p.m. ET. Green flag is scheduled to fly shortly after 7:50 p.m. ET.
