Kyle Benjamin Tops Final XFINITY Series Practice

Making his second start of the season for Joe Gibbs Racing, Kyle Benjamin picked up where he left off at Richmond Internaitonal Raceway on Friday at Pocono Raceway.

Benjamin laid down the second quickest time in opening practice, but in final practice, he jumped to the top of the board, ending the session at the top of the board (170.707 mph). The No. 20 car was more than two-tenths of a second faster than second quickest Daniel Hemric (169.827 mph).

Brad Keselowski was third in final practice (169.240 mph), after posting the fastest time in opening practice. The No. 22 car is looking for its first victory since Texas in November of 2015.

Reigning XFINITY Series champion Daniel Suarez (169.151 mph) and Blake Koch (169.138 mph) rounded out the top five.

Kyle Larson, Paul Menard, Ty Dillon, Spencer Gallagher and Cole Custer were the rest of the top 10.

Menard turn 28 circuits, the most of all drivers in the 55-minute session. Qualifying will begin at 9:35 a.m. ET Saturday morning, with a green flag start time of 1:19 p.m. ET.
