The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series returns to Kansas Speedway for the second time this season as the Round of 12 in the Chase for the Sprint Cup continues.
As of Tuesday, there are 40 cars entered, meaning all will make the field, barring any entry list updates.
Joey Gase will pilot the No. 32 for Go FAS Racing on Sunday at Kansas. This will be his fifth Sprint Cup start of 2016. He competed at Kansas in May and finished 34th.
Alex Bowman will fill in for Dale Earnhardt Jr. again this weekend. This will be his sixth start of the season. Following Kansas, he will drive the No. 88 in four of the last five events in 2016.
Action from Kansas begins on Friday with opening practice at 1 p.m. followed by qualifying at 6 p.m. (all times ET). Saturday will feature two practice sessions, the first at 11 a.m. and final at 1:30 p.m. Coverage of the Hollywood Casino 400 will begin on Sunday at 2 p.m. ET on NBC.
