Crew Chief Marcus Richmond, Red Horse Racing Part Ways

Just days removed from his second victory in four races, Timothy Peters will have a different crew chief atop the pit box at Homestead-Miami Speedway for tonight’s Camping World Truck Series Ford EcoBoost 200. Richmond revealed the news on Twitter Thursday afternoon.

A team spokesperson confirmed that Director of Competition Butch Hylton will call the shots for Peters tonight in Richmond’s place. Hylton and Peters worked together from 2011 through 2013; the pair scored five wins and 39 top 10s through 69 races.

Truck Series qualifying is set to run at 4:10 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1, followed by the season finale at 8 p.m. ET.
