On Monday, NTS Motorsports announced their 2015 driver lineup. The team will field two full-time entries in the Camping World Truck Series, along with one part-time truck. There will also be one full-time entry in the K&N Pro Series East and a late model team in the Spears SRL Southwest Series. Finally, there will be a part-time entry in the ARCA Racing Series as well.
For the Truck Series program,
Daniel Hemric will drive the No. 14 Chevrolet full-time in 2015 and challenge for Rookie of the Year. The team has sponsorship from California Clean Power for the first two races of the year (Daytona and Atlanta) and plans to make additional announcements in the coming weeks. California Clean Power will also serve as Hemric’s sponsor in Saturday’s season opening Lucas Oil 200 presented by AutoZone for the ARCA Racing Series.
The second full-time entry, No. 31, will be shared by multiple drivers. The team has named 2012 Truck Series Champion
James Buescher as one of the drivers in selected races. Great Clips and GunBroker.com will serve as sponsors. The third truck, No. 20, will be a part-time entry.
Gray Gaulding will drive in eight races with his own sponsorship from Krispy Kreme.
Scott Lagasse, Jr. will drive the truck in the two Florida races (Daytona and Homestead) with sponsorship from the Florida Department of Transportation’s Alert Today, Alive Tomorrow initiative.
Gaulding, who turns 17 today, is still too young to race on superspeedways in the Truck Series. As a result, he will once again compete full-time in the K&N Pro Series East for NTS Motorsports in its No. 20 Krispy Kreme Chevrolet.
