Atlanta Motor Speedway and Pocono Raceway Offer Discount to Military Members

On Veteran’s Day, Atlanta Motor Speedway and Pocono Raceway announced that both speedways will offer discounted tickets to military members for the scheduled 2015 events.

AMS has partnered with GovX for the second straight year to offer discounted tickets not only to military members, but also first responders for their NASCAR event scheduled on the February 27th to March 1st weekend. The tickets, which can be purchased by visiting http://www.atlantamotorspeedway.com/GovX, are offered up to 25 percent off regular price. GovX is “an e-commerce portal for active, retired and guard members of the military, in addition to those associated with related government agencies.”

Pocono Raceway, meanwhile, is offering 20 percent off tickets for both their NASCAR and IndyCar events when military members use a Troop ID, powered by ID.me. Pocono also announced that any military members who purchase a ticket between Monday, November 10th and Monday November, 17th will be entered into a Grand Prize to win an upgrade to the 300 Level Shaded Grandstand for two. Details can be found at http://www.poconoraceway.com/military.html.
