For the season finale of the NASCAR Nationwide Series in Miami, Fla., TriStar Motorsports will have a hometown boy behind the wheel of its No. 44 Toyota Camry.
West Palm Beach, Fla., native Blake Koch will drive the No. 44 entry for TriStar during the Ford EcoBoost 300 on Nov. 15 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
In an announcement by TriStar, Koch will have sponsorship by Celsius, and Grammy award winning recording artist Flo Rida. The pair will be promoting Flo Rida’s new Flo Fusion Pre-Workout energy drink powder made by Celsius.
“I am so excited to be working with Flo Rida, his team and the Celsius team on promoting the Flo Fusion Pre-Workout powder at Homestead Miami Speedway,” Koch said in a press statement. “As an avid athlete, I love starting my workout off with Flo Fusion. It will be an honor to represent this company at one of my favorite tracks.”
In 25 starts during the 2014 campaign, Blake Koch has an average finish of 33rd and has a best finish of the season of 19th at Kentucky Speedway this June for TriStar Motorsports.
