Michael Waltrip will make a rare appearance behind the wheel of a car this week.
The Michael Waltrip Racing owner and current Dancing with the Stars contestant will run the K&N Pro Series West’s NAPA Toyota 150 this coming Saturday at All American Speedway in Roseville, Calif.
Waltrip will drive an entry from Bill McAnally Racing with cleaning brand Green1 onboard as primary sponsor.
“I am looking forward to heading to the West Coast to pilot the Green1 BMR Toyota, and have been receiving positive feedback from many racers who use the aluminum Green1 spray bottles,” Waltrip said in a statement.
While this will be Waltrip’s first K&N Pro Series start of the year, the 51-year-old is no stranger to the racing series. In 2013 he made two starts, with an average finish of 15th.
