Top 10 Reasons Kurt Busch’s Car is Always Late for Pre-Race Inspection

News broke this week that one of the reasons NASCAR officials “held” Kurt Busch‘s car in pre-race inspection Sunday (Sept. 25) is the No. 22 Penske Racing Dodge had developed a history of being late. Well, after an unofficial Frontstretch investigation the Top 10 Posse has found some reasons behind this team’s “time management problem…”
