NASCAR fans on Sunday were treated to an episode of the Ryan Blaney and Kyle Larson show at Bristol Motor Speedway, but at the end of the day, it was Ty Gibbs standing tall in victory lane to claim his first career NASCAR Cup Series victory.
Join Eric Schneck and this week’s co-host Jimmy Barr as they break down Gibbs’ first visit to the Cup Series victory lane.
Schneck and Barr are also joined by Frontstretch reporters Mark Kristl and Trenton Worsham, who give their thoughts on Gibbs, Blaney’s rough day on pit road, Todd Gilliland and Carson Hocevar.
Schneck and Barr discuss the performances of Gilliland, Christopher Bell and Alex Bowman, who returned to action after missing the past four races due to vertigo. The duo also touch on Riley Herbst vs Kyle Busch after their scuffle on multiple occasions during the race.
Wrapping up, Schneck and Barr take a look at the Cup Series driver points as well as look ahead to the action next week at Kansas Speedway.
There’s a lot to talk about and not a lot of time to do it. Check out Stock Car Scoop on Apple Podcasts, Spotify or wherever else you get your podcasts!
