JJ Yeley in Trucks for Spire at Talladega

JJ Yeley will drive for Spire Motorsports in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Talladega Superspeedway, Spire announced Oct. 6.

He’ll be in the No. 7 truck.

“Excited to get another shot!” Yeley posted on X. It’s been a few years since having the resources, equipment and organization to get to Victory Lane.”

It’ll be his first Truck race since 2020 when he ran at Dover Motor Speedway for Resume Brothers Racing.

Yeley has two top 10s in Trucks, with his last one coming at Daytona International Speedway in 2017.

The No. 7 has had eight different drivers in it this year, with Corey Day running the majority of them.
