After a grueling race at Kansas Speedway, Richard Childress Racing driver Jesse Love was taken to the infield care center due to dehydration.
Love came home with a seventh-place finish but sat next to his car after a long 300 miles, with the AMR safety team in tow. Brandon Jones, who started the race from the pole, ended up the race winner.
Love would eventually be taken to and released from the infield care center. He is scheduled to compete at the Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL next weekend in the final race of the Round of 12 in the NASCAR Xfinity Series playoffs.
