There were a few developments in the antitrust case between 23XI Racing/Front Row Motorsports and NASCAR this week.
Here’s what happened between the two sides in the courtroom.
- On Wednesday (Sept. 10), a court filing from 23XI indicated that the organization could ask for a summary judgment to dispose of NASCAR’s counterclaim that teams colluded with each other in order to attain better charter agreement terms.
- On Friday (Sept. 12), the teams asked a judge for a ruling on NASCAR’s counterclaim without going to a full trial.
