Haas Partners With Chevrolet for 2026

Haas Factory Team announced Friday (Sept. 5) that it will partner with Chevrolet for the 2026 NASCAR season.

Haas will continue to field its lone Cup Series ride along with its soon-to-be O’Reilly Auto Parts Series cars in an alliance with Hendrick Motorsports.

“First and foremost, we want to thank Ford for its partnership,” Haas President Joe Custer said in a release. “Their support allowed us to establish Haas Factory Team and we remain dedicated to delivering results for them in Cup and Xfinity all the way through the season finale in Phoenix.”

“Personally, I have a long history with Chevrolet and Hendrick Motorsports,” owner Gene Haas said. “Both helped in establishing not only my presence as a team owner in NASCAR, but also the presence of Haas Automation. Together, we were able to build a race team that competed for wins and championships while growing the use of Haas CNC machinery throughout the racing and manufacturing industries.”

Haas’ roots with Chevrolet can be traced to when the organization first started as HAAS CNC in 2002.

In 2009, the organization partnered with Tony Stewart to form Stewart-Haas Racing, winning two championships with Stewart and former driver Kevin Harvick

In 2017, the team switched to Ford, which they have run up until the end of the 2025 season.

The team currently fields the No. 41 with Cole Custer, who sits 33rd in the Cup Series standings and will return to the seat next season.

Sam Mayer and Sheldon Creed occupy its two Xfinity Series entries as they push to make a postseason run.
