NASCAR Watkins Glen Entry Lists

All three NASCAR national series travel to Watkins Glen International for the race weekend on Aug. 8-10. All three series have full fields, too.

Here’s who is all entered.

Cup Watkins Glen Entry List

Forty drivers are entered for the NASCAR Cup Series race, so there will be zero DNQs.

The four open entries are JJ Yeley in the No. 44 NY Racing Team Chevrolet, Josh Bilicki in the No. 66 Garage 66 Ford, Katherine Legge in the No. 78 Live Fast Motorsports Chevrolet and Connor Zilisch in the No. 87 Trackhouse Racing Chevrolet.

The Cup race at The Glen will take place on Sunday, Aug. 10 at 2 p.m. ET on USA Network.

Xfinity Watkins Glen Entry List

Thirty-eight drivers are entered for the Mission 200 at The Glen, so all will make the field.

Three Cup Series drivers are entered in this NASCAR Xfinity Series race: Shane van Gisbergen in the JR Motorsports No. 9, Michael McDowell in the Kaulig Racing No. 11, and Riley Herbst in the Joe Gibbs Racing No. 19. Bilicki will also join the duo in running double duty as he will pilot the DGM Racing No. 91.

SS-Green Light Racing has Garrett Smithley in the No. 14, as he piloted it at Iowa Speedway, and Preston Pardus in the No. 07. Pardus is making his third start of the season and first since the Chicago street course.

Kaz Grala will drive the No. 24 Toyota in a second entry for Sam Hunt Racing. He finished 18th at Chicago in the No. 24. Grala also most recently competed at Dover Motor Speedway in the final race for Our Motorsports.

Part-timers Austin Green, Stefan Parsons, and Thomas Annunziata are back in the Nos. 32, 45, 70 and 91, respectively.

Joey Gase Motorsports has Austin J. Hill in its No. 53 and an open spot for its No. 35. Hill failed to qualify at Sonoma Raceway.

The Xfinity Series drivers will take the green flag at 3 p.m. ET on Saturday, Aug. 9, with TV coverage provided by The CW.

Truck Watkins Glen Entry List

Thirty-six drivers are entered for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race, the first time there will be a full field since the season opener at Daytona International Speedway.

Four Cup drivers will join the Truck Series regulars in the Mission 176 at The Glen.

All-time winningest driver Kyle Busch will drive the No. 07 Spire Motorsports Chevy, Ross Chastain will drive the No. 44 Niece Motorsports Chevy, Christopher Bell will drive the No. 52 Halmar Friesen Racing Toyota in place of the injured Stewart Friesen, and Chris Buescher will drive the No. 66 ThorSport Racing Ford. It will be Buescher’s Truck Series debut.

Speaking of debuts, Gian Buffomante will debut in Reaume Brothers Racing’s No. 22 and Brent Crews’ self-owned team will debut with Crews behind the wheel of the No. 70. Crews has made three Truck starts in 2025.

Xfinity Series regular Sammy Smith will make his third Truck Series start of the year and eighth of his career at The Glen. Smith will wheel the No. 7 Chevy for Spire.

Zilisch will be the lone driver to compete in all three races as he will begin the race weekend piloting the No. 45 Chevy for Niece Motorsports. The organization released full-timer Kaden Honeycutt. Although Honeycutt is not listed on the entry list, Young’s Motorsports No. 02 does not have a driver listed. Honeycutt is sixth in driver points and eighth in the playoff standings, 67 points above the cut line. He also has driven for Young’s five times, with his latest start for that team in the 2023 season finale.

Welcome back, William Lambros, Timmy Hill, Wesley Slimp and Derek White, as they will be back for another race in the Nos. 2, 56, 62, and 69, respectively.

The Truck Series race will begin at 5 p.m. ET on Friday, Aug. 8 with TV coverage provided by FOX Sports 1.
