Gian Buffomante will look to make his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut at Watkins Glen International for Reaume Brothers Racing, the team announced July 30.
Buffomante, 17, is entered in the No. 22.
“I’m super excited and blessed to be making my NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut at Watkins Glen with RBR,” Buffomante said in a team release. “It’s been great getting to know the team and seeing their dedication and professionalism firsthand. I can’t wait to learn from them and take the next step in my career.”
Buffomante is currently sixth in points in the TransAm TA2 series, his first full season on the circuit.
He’ll become the 10th driver to pilot the No. 22 for RBR in 2025. The organization also fields the Nos. 2 and 33 full time, the latter for its lone full-time driver, Frankie Muniz.
