NASCAR Standings After Kansas

Cup Standings After Kansas

Kyle Larson simply ran a perfect race.

He won the pole, set the fastest lap, won both stages and led 221 laps — the most ever led by one driver at Kansas Speedway — on his way to winning the Advent Health 400 for his third NASCAR Cup Series win of the season.

It was the 32nd Cup win of Larson’s career, and he crossed 10,000 career laps led in the middle of the race. And with William Byron’s 24th-place result after a blown tire in stage one, Larson is in control of the regular season points lead for the first time this year.

Up Next: All-Star Weekend at North Wilkesboro Speedway. The All-Star Open will begin at 6 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 18, while the All-Star Race will follow at 8 p.m. ET.

FOX Sports 1 will provide coverage for both events in its last weekend before Amazon Prime takes the reins.

Xfinity Standings After Kansas

The Xfinity Series had its first off week of the year after 12 straight races. Xfinity will return to Kansas in September, and the series will also take next week off before returning to action on Memorial Day Weekend.

NOTE: Part-time drivers who are eligible for series points but ineligible for the championship will not be displayed in these graphics.

Up Next: The BetMGM 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Saturday, May 24. Coverage will begin at 4:30 p.m. ET on your local CW provider.

Truck Standings After Kansas

Corey Heim had the fastest truck in the first two stages, but a poor pit stop allowed Carson Hocevar to control the final stage and win his first NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race since 2023.

He did so in dramatic fashion, holding off (and flipping off) Layne Riggs — who was later disqualified for a bed cover violation — after the two of them made contact out of turn 2 on the final lap.

The series has seen seven drivers reach victory lane in the first nine races, but only four of them are full-time Truck regulars.

Up Next: The Window World 250 at North Wilkesboro Speedway on Saturday, May 17. Coverage will begin at 1:30 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1.
