The starting lineup for the 2023 West Coast Stock Car Motorsports Hall of Fame 150 at Irwindale Speedway has been set with Trevor Huddleston leading the field to the green flag later tonight. Sixteen drivers will contest the ARCA Menards West Series’ first standalone event of the 2023 race season.
Perennial West contender Huddleston will start the 150-lap feature on the pole, hot off the heels of a top-10 run at Phoenix Raceway. Huddleston will look to bring High Point Racing back to victory lane in his home state of California.
After pacing the lone practice session for Saturday night’s main event, Bradley Erickson will start on the outside of the front row in the No. 88 L&S Framing Ford. The Phoenix, Ariz. native will look to improve upon his career-best finish of third he nabbed at his home track of Phoenix last time out.
Landen Lewis, who finished a close second to Tyler Reif at Phoenix, will start fourth in his No. 17 American Resurvacing Inc-MMI Chevrolet. Lewis will look to improve upon his Phoenix finishing position by one and score the victory at Irwindale.
Reif, fresh off a statement win at Phoenix, will roll off seventh in the No. 41 Power Gen Components/Stoney’s Ford. The Henderson, Nev native will look to continue the positive momentum his team has gained at the start of the season and parlay that into another solid run at Irwindale.
With only 16 drivers entered, all will start tonight’s race, the second of the West season.
