Star Coach Race Tours Provides the Epitome of NASCAR Luxury

Coordinating a weekend stay for a NASCAR race can be a grueling experience; booking travel, making hotel accommodations, car rental, parking, meals and so much more. For some, however, the trek to a race is a much different experience. That’s where Joel Labute and Star Coach Race Tours takes over. An ex-CPA, Joel recognized a demand that was currently available but not to the level that he – and the consumer – expected. With that mindset, Joel has built Star Coach Race Tours into a premier all-inclusive luxury NASCAR weekend destination – taking away the heartache associated with coordinating an enjoyable NASCAR getaway.

The vision began when Joel was still in the accounting business. As a gift to his employees after a busy tax season, Joel would provide a weekend trip to the NASCAR race in Talladega, Alabama as a thank you for their hard work. As the years passed he started to notice a trend; that each person he talked to would say he needed to turn his annual trip into a business. Realizing that there was a market for this type of experience, Joel knew he had to do it better than anyone else.“If I’m going to sell something to someone, it has to be at the highest level,” recalls Labute. With that mindset, Joel purchased his first luxury bus, launched the Star Coach Race Tours website in December 2009 and his phone hasn’t stopped ringing since.

The Star Coach mission has always been to provide the highest level of accommodations, ensuring that every guest, every weekend receives a worry-free getaway. It’s what the company prides itself on and continues to use as the backbone to its success.

Darnette Vickers of Hacketstown, New Jersey first experienced Star Coach at the Daytona 500 in 2011 and has since utilized their services more than 20 times. “It was more than I ever imagined after reading the brochure,” said Vickers. “You show up, that’s all you do. Everything is provided for you. It’s like having a mom there. You wake up and breakfast is ready. You have clean sheets, a place to shower, it’s almost like being home”.

From the start, Star Coach was built to provide an experience beyond a generic hotel and bus tour. To create a lifestyle that focuses the attention and detail on each guest experience and provide that highest level of quality consistently from start to finish. Ted and Chris Byerly of Charleston, South Carolina had two sub-par weekend experiences both attempting to coordinate it on their own and with another organization before being introduced to Star Coach. As avid NASCAR fans, a weekend at the race track with Star Coach has become their annual vacation and are already planning their 2015 weekend destination. “It’s the feeling of breathing that sigh of relief when you return home from a vacation, only you breathe that sigh of relief when the weekend begins,” said Ted Byerly. “You feel at ease knowing Star Coach is in charge”.

The company prides itself on repeat business and that comes with a continued level of quality and exceeding expectations. Each race weekend is different and enables Star Coach to provide customized experiences for all of its guests. “I’ve worked in the hotel industry for 18 years and I’ve never worked with a company like Star Coach that can guarantee to exceed every single one of my expectations,” said Chris Byerly.

Now with 15 busses and new weekend packages being added, Star Coach Race Tours is ready to exceed expectations for current and future guests.
