Tim Richmond will make his third start of the year in his family’s No. 27.

Garrett Mitchell (also known as the YouTuber Cleetus McFarland) heads back into Rette Jones Racing’s No. 30 for his third appearance of 2025.

Rick Goodale will make his first main-series ARCA appearance, driving Rise Motorsports’ No. 31. He previously ran for the team in the ARCA Menards Series West last year.

Like Richmond and Mitchell, Ryan Huff is back for his third start, driving his family’s No. 36.

After racing his No. 68 at Kansas, Will Kimmel moves into Kimmel Racing’s No. 69 at Charlotte.

CR7 Motorsports has entered two cars for the first time this season. Full-timer Jason Kitzmiller is in the No. 79, while CR7’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver Grant Enfinger is in the No. 97.
