Luke Baldwin Joins Thorsport for Part Time Schedule

Luke Baldwin will make three starts this season for Thorsport Racing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, the team announced March 6.

Baldwin’s series debut attempt will come at Martinsville Speedway, where he will pilot the No. 66 Ford F-150.

“I’ve signed a three-race deal with ThorSport Racing to go truck racing, and I have never been more excited for something in my life,” Baldwin said in a team release. “This is something everyone dreams of as a kid and I’m lucky enough to have the opportunity to do it, thanks to Duke, Rhonda and Ali Thorson.”

Baldwin currently competes part-time in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Series and full time in the SMART modified tour, where he won rookie of the year honors along with the series championship last year.

He’s the son of former NASCAR owner and crew chief Tommy Baldwin Jr.

The other two races on Baldwin’s schedule were not released.

Baldwin is the third driver announced to ThorSport’s No. 66 stable for 2025, following Johnny Sauter and Luke Fenhaus.
