Daniel Suarez Fined $50,000 For Actions After COTA

NASCAR has issued a $50,000 fine to Daniel Suarez for his incident after the NASCAR Cup Series race at Circuit of the Americas.

Sections 4.4.B&D of the NASCAR Member Conduct were cited in the penalty, which is contact with another vehicle on pit road after the race.

The fine comes after Suarez bumped Alex Bowman‘s No. 48 with his car on pit road; just prior to that, Suarez made contact with his Trackhouse Racing Team teammate Ross Chastain on the cooldown lap.

No point penalty? He could have killed a pit worker. And his intentions were well known as he broadcasted it on the radio. NASCAR sure does play favorites.

Obviously daniel didn’t have a good day and was pissed off at everyone. It happens just try to control your temper next week. And do not hit hendrick drivers. That is sure trouble for anyone.

Don’t forget that Suarez is a virtue signal for NASCAR so they will treat him with kid gloves.
