Stock Car Scoop: How Much Will Tempers Flare at Darlington?

The NASCAR Cup Series playoffs finally get underway this Sunday (Sept. 4) at Darlington Raceway in South Carolina, where 16 drivers hope to lock themselves into the Round of 12 with a victory.

Adam Cheek and Bryan Nolen reunite, but in reversed roles, in a playoff preview edition of Stock Car Scoop. They discuss whether Darlington will feature controversy, like it did in the spring between Joey Logano and William Byron; a fantastic finish, like last fall with Denny Hamlin and Kyle Larson; and flared tempers, as it has seen so often over the years. The duo also picks their winner for the race and which four drivers they project to be eliminated after the first round of postseason competition.
