Kevin Harvick, GearWrench Teaming Up for 5 Cup Races in 2022

GearWrench will hop on the hood of Kevin Harvick’s No. 4 Ford for five NASCAR Cup Series races next year, he announced on FOX Sports’ Race Hub Wednesday (Oct. 27).

The company joins Stewart-Haas Racing after sponsoring Chip Ganassi Racing for several races the past few years, including four primaries this year on Kurt Busch’s No. 1 Chevrolet. CGR’s NASCAR assets were sold to Trackhouse Racing Team earlier this year.

“We’re really excited to have GearWrench on board with us for five races for the next couple of years,” Harvick said on Race Hub. “In today’s world of sponsorship and racing, we’re really proud of our marketing department and our new partner in GearWrench. Not only will our cars be sponsored, but our shop floor will be officially the GearWrench work room and the guys are going to be working with all the GearWrench tools.”

Geez Louise. Where has Budweiser gone? Not even putting Busch Light Apple on the car any longer. Sad state of affairs on the business front. Past the Top 10, I don’t even recognize many of the major sponsors.
