The NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series travels to Richmond Raceway for the second race of the 2019 playoff schedule this weekend.
38 cars are entered for the event, meaning all will make the race, barring entry list changes.
Austin Theriault will make his fourth start of the year, having appeared in three previous events in Rick Ware Racing’s No. 52. He’ll be in the No. 51 at Richmond.
The team will also field Garrett Smithley in the No. 52 and Spencer Boyd in the No. 53. Smithley will be making his fourth start for the team (and ninth of the year overall), while Richmond will be Boyd’s second career Cup Series start. He finished 38th in the same car at Michigan International Speedway this year.
Spire Motorsports will have Reed Sorenson behind the wheel of its No. 77, while Quin Houff is piloting Premium Motorsports’ No. 27. Sorenson will be making his 18th start of 2019, while this will be Houff’s 16th race.
FEDERATED AUTO PARTS 400 ENTRY LIST
The 2019 Federated Auto Parts 400 will get underway shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21.
