For the second week in a row, the race-winning team in the Sprint Cup Series was warned for an issue found in inspection.
Kyle Busch, whose No. 18 team won the Duck Commander 500 at Texas Motor Speedway, was warned by NASCAR on Wednesday for failing pre-qualifying inspection twice. He was also warned following his win at Martinsville the week prior.
David Ragan also failed pre-qualifying inspection twice and was warned. He finished 33rd. Brad Keselowski, who finished 18th, failed pre-qualifying inspection three times and will lose 15 minutes of practice time at Bristol Motor Speedway this weekend.
Kyle Larson and Austin Dillon were both warned for failing pre-race inspection twice. Larson finished 14th and Dillon 19th.
Trevor Bayne failed pre-race inspection three times and as a result he too will lose 15 minutes of practice time at Bristol. He finished 15th at Texas.
Ryan Preece failed pre-race inspection in the XFINITY Series and was warned for the infraction. He finished 28th.
