Entry List: 2015 Ford EcoBoost 300 at Homestead

Chris Buescher’s hopeful NASCAR Xfinity Series championship is set for it’s final chapter at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

NASCAR released the preliminary entry list for the Nov. 21 Ford EcoBoost 300. The list includes 41 entrants, meaning one team will fail to make Saturday’s race.

Five NASCAR Sprint Cup Series veterans will run the final NXS race of the season as they look to gain extra track time for Sunday’s NSCS finale. The group, highlight by Championship 4 contender Kyle Busch, also includes JJ Yeley, Austin Dillon, Kyle Larson and Aric Almirola.

Looking to stick with the Cup stars in similar equipment will be Erik Jones, Ryan Blaney and Ben Rhodes. Jones and Blaney will resume their roles in machines for Joe Gibbs Racing and Team Penske, respectively, with Rhodes driving for JR Motorsports.

NASCAR Camping World Truck Series veteran Mason Mingus will return to Obaika Racing, driving the team’s No. 97. Derek White, Mike Bliss and Carlos Contreras will also compete in the season-ending event.

The NXS will begin their final weekend of the 2015 season on Friday, Nov. 20, with a lone practice session at 1:30 p.m. ET. The field will then return on Saturday for Coors Light Pole Qualifying at 11:15 a.m. ET. Coverage for the Ford EcoBoost 300 will begin at 2:45 p.m. ET on NBC and MRN.
