With the 2015 season nearly complete, the NASCAR Xfinity Series is set to add another chapter in Arizona.
NASCAR released the preliminary entry list for the Nov. 14 DAV 200 Honoring America’s Veterans at Phoenix International Raceway. The list includes 41 entrants, meaning one team will fail to make Saturday’s event.
While his father is suspended, Ross Kenseth will return to NASCAR for the 200-mile event. Kenseth, 22, will drive the No. 80 Toyota for Hattori Racing, with sponsorship from Goodyear.
One week removed from a triple-race weekend at Texas Motor Speedway, Erik Jones will return to the No. 20 Toyota for Joe Gibbs Racing. Jones, a native of Byron, Michigan, has rattled off five-straight top-10 finishes in the series.
Texas winner Brad Keselowski will lead a group of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series regulars into the event. Keselowski will be joined by JJ Yeley, Austin Dillon, Kyle Larson, Kyle Busch and Kasey Kahne as the Cup stars look to gain practice for Sunday’s Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500.
The NXS will make their way to PIR on Friday, Nov. 13, for two practice sessions at 3:30 p.m. ET and 5 p.m. ET, respectively. The field will return on Saturday at 12:45 p.m. ET for Coors Light Pole Qualifying. Coverage for the DAV 200 Honoring America’s Veterans will begin at 4 p.m. ET on NBCSN at MRN.
