For longtime fans of Penske racing, the sight of a yellow and blue car with Hertz plastered down the side of it will be nothing new. For 2013 it will be a blast from the past as the rental car company has renewed an old partnership and signed on to be a sponsor for the team in the Cup and Nationwide series. They will be a co-primary sponsor on Joey Logano’s No. 22 in the Fall Charlotte race. They will be the primary sponsor for seven Nationwide races in the car driven by Logano, Brad Keselowski and Ryan Blaney.
In addition to the Hertz agreement, Penske also announced that they have extended their sponsorship agreements with both Shell/Pennzoil and Alliance Truck Parts.
