Last Saturday, during a practice session at Michigan International Speedway, Ryan Truex had a hard wreck behind the wheel of his No. 83 Toyota. On Tuesday, ESPN released the official rating and viewership numbers for their coverage of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Michigan International Speedway. The Pure Michigan 400 earned a 3.2 U.S. household rating, averaging 5,150,000 viewers. These numbers are up from last year’s race, which earned a 3.0 rating and averaged 4,585,000 viewers.
