This week’s predictions: AAA Texas 500

Tom Bowles, Editor-In-Chief: I’m going to say Carl Edwards surprises and locks himself right into the Final Four.
Amy Henderson, Senior Editor: I think Joey Logano wins it.  He’s not happy about his back being against the wall.
Mark Howell, Senior Writer: My pick is Brad Keselowski.
Toni Montgomery, Senior Editor: I’ll take Keselowski.
Jeff Wolfe, Senior Writer:
Kevin Harvick.
Zach Catanzareti, Contributor:
Jimmie Johnson.
Huston Ladner, Senior Editor: Da Kes. (Keselowski)
Danny Peters, Senior Writer:
Been saying it all week: I think the driver “disgusted by the fans” wins. No. 22.
Jerry Jordan, Contributor: Kurt Busch.
Mike Neff, Short Track Coordinator: Gotta make something happen. Give me Kurt Busch please.
Matt Stallknecht, Senior Editor: Logano.
Sean Fesko, Contributor: Logano is glad Texas is the next race on the schedule. The No. 22 takes the win.
Vito Pugliese: Keselowski.
Tony Lumbis, Financial Manager:
Keselowski.
Matt McLaughlin, Senior Writer:
Logano “has to” win so my guess is that he does. Then a bunch of people boo and throw crap at him, Logano gets all emotional and leaves NASCAR for a Hollywood career as a stunt driver starting at the Wheel of the 2016 Family Truckster in National Lampoon’s Vacation II. Poor Scruffy.
Joseph Wolkin, Assistant Editor: Logano.
Aaron Bearden, Assistant Editor:
Last year, and earlier in this Chase, Harvick won when it mattered most to advance. This time, I think he’s going to win to stop another competitor from advancing. I’m all in with Happy.

Results: Goody’s 500

I’m with Bad Brad. That #2 car – I know you know that, but maybe anyone else not … ;-)
